NAIA Is The 5th Most Hated Airport Says Toklang Too

Just today from the headlines, NAIA is indeed the 5th most hated airport says Toklang. Sometimes it's true, sometimes it's untrue. But we guess it could be brought about by the added stress of going through security checkpoints. So there, she prefers YVR airport than MNL.

But what can she do if her family has to travel to MNL again? She may need 1 insurance cover! To ensure her peace of mind in travelling with family, she makes a move to protect their vacation with the help of Allianz Travel Insurance, the most reliable travel insurance for worry-free travel. Get your free quote.

For in recent years, as well as recent months, air travel rules have changed. Everytime their family plans on flying, she finds that most of these changes have occurred right at airports, namely airport security checkpoints. If they are about to head off to catch a flight, whether they leave the next day or in two weeks, she follows the travel advisory in familiarizing herself with these new air travel rules, namely the ones that are enforced at airport security checkpoints.

When it comes to airport security checkpoints, there are many passengers who only think of one checkpoint, but the reality is that there are actually three. The first checkpoint is when you go to register for your seat on the plane. This is the time when you will be presented with your boarding passes and when you must hand over the luggage that you would like checked. In addition to handing over your plane tickets or requesting your boarding passes, you will need to show the proper forms of identification. These items most commonly include a driver’s license or a government issued identification card.

Once a passenger has received all of the boarding passes - for all of the flights, he/she will need to hand over his/her luggage that they will be leaving below in the plane. These bags are commonly referred to as checked baggage or checked luggage. As with the carryon luggage, thechecked baggage will need to be checked for prohibited items.

When the passenger has been cleared to the next stage, he/she will need to go through the main airport security checkpoints. This point is where they will be required to have their carry-on luggage scanned by an x-ray machine. They will also need to walk through a metal detector. In the past, only random travelers were asked to remove their shoes for checking. At the current time, all air travelers, with the exception of those with a disability or hindering medical condition, are required to remove their shoes. The shoes will be x-rayed, along with the rest of the carry-on luggage.

By familiarizing themselves with the items that are banned aboard an airplane, including items that are only prohibited from being stored in the carry-on luggage, an unnecessary incident could be prevented. In the event that one is found carrying a prohibited item, certain steps will be taken. Depending on the item in question, the passenger may be required to return the item to you car, discard of it, mail it to their home, or turn it over to airport security. Ensuring that you leave all prohibited items at home is the best way to prevent this unnecessary tie up, which may cause you to miss your flight.

Once you have been cleared at the main security checkpoint, you will need to go through one more security checkpoint. This is the final step before being able to board your airplane. When entering the airport terminal, after your airline has granted permission for passengers to board, you will need to present airline officials with the appropriate boarding pass. As this time you may need to show your identification again. Most travelers are easily able to board their airplane, but you may be pulled aside in the event that you are acting suspicious or drawing unwanted attention to yourself. That is why it is best that you stay calm during all airport checkpoints, including the final boarding stage.

Perhaps, the best way to ensure that Toklang and family's next flight is as pleasant as it can be is for her to follow all air travel rules. Knowing these rules ahead of time, including the screening process, should ensure that they are able to board their plane and make it to the intended destination without incident.

Some Tips For Air Travel For Auntie Insurance's Flight

Photobucket
Finally, after tense days of waiting and after all the hullabaloo of Toklang's own doing, Auntie Insurance has embarked on her flight from Vancouver to Manila.

The local funeral director will be escorted by PNP personnel to NAIA terminal and back to the province. Uncle Hugo Boss will be with them to assist and to advise instructions. Meanwhile, Bodoy and Auntie Insurance's brothers and nephews at Camp Crame will also be escorted by security personnel to thwart any attempts from Toklang and Personal Injury Solicitor's camp.

Some Tips For Easy Air Travel

To avoid snags or problems with the airport or the airlines, Auntie has tried and tested these travel tips being a frequent flyer for years. Enduring the line at the security check point in some airports is enough to put some passengers in a bad mood. However, despite all of the inconveniences that come with flying, it is a necessity. There are several things that can be done to make flying easier and more hassle free, and all that is involved is a little bit of common sense and travel planning.

1. Get to the Airport Early
Auntie made sure to arrive early at the airport today, as airlines tell passengers to arrive at least two hours prior to a flight's departure time. However, there are many people who refuse to heed this request, and arrive at the airport just several minutes before a flight is scheduled to leave. If there is a line at the check-in counter or at security, this can create a very stressful situation. Not only may the flight be missed, but a new flight must be booked, and the passengers will probably have to travel stand-by on a later flight with no guarantee of a seat until the very last minute.

2. Take a Morning Flight.
If such is available. However, flights via Vancouver to Manila regularly leave at 11:40PM. Should there be a choice, morning flights are best. Leaving on an early flight does not necessarily mean a 4 a.m. flight must be chosen. However, flights that leave first thing in the morning are less likely to be running late, and they are less likely to be affected by weather problems across the country and/or other planes that may be delayed at other airports. Also, if for some reason the first flight of the day is canceled or delayed, there will probably be several other flights throughout the day that, if necessary, can be taken instead.

3. Try Not to Fly During "Rush Hour"
Airports, like highways, have rush hours. Typically, rush hour in the morning is from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., and in the afternoon from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. These are the hours when airports are the most crowded with people waiting for flights. Crowds mean longer lines at the security check points, more people in the restrooms, more people waiting in restaurant lines, and more people taking up seats in the waiting areas. Flying at a NON-rush hour time of day can alleviate the need to stand in lines and sit with crowds.

4. Try to Take Non-Stop Flights
Of course, when a non-stop flight is taken, there is less risk of being delayed. Taking off and landing both take quite a bit of time, so avoiding having to do this twice is recommended. There will always be destinations when a non-stop flight is not available, but there are plenty of cities where non-stop flights are just as common as those that stop. It may even be worth a few extra dollars to book a non-stop flight to avoid an unneeded hassle and the possibility of being delayed.

5. Book Connections with Enough Time
If a non-stop flight is not available to a desired destination, make sure to schedule enough time in between flights. When airlines book flights, they often have a layover requirement of 30 or 45 minutes between connections. However, this is often not enough time if the original flight arrives late. In order to avoid this stress, try to schedule connecting flights with at least an hour to spare between the arrival time of the first flight and the departure time of the connecting flight.

Mother Jones Sponsors Her Brother-In-Law's Trip to Canada

Photobucket

The statement above sure explains the busy schedule of Mother Jones and Casino Boy. They must have been busy to visit Tatay Ruby either in the morgue or at the funeral home, because they have been busy attending to online searches for Vancouver cheap hotels and Vancouver hotels downtown for their arriving kin. We think Hotel Vancouver would have been a good idea to go to for a change so one can feel the ambience right away.

Adding to the task of looking for Vancouver cheap hotels also needs a search for Canada Airline cheap first class ticket or cheap flights to Canada. Glad that all went well for them after all.

However, some folks may be furious over this matter of Casino Boy's family to set foot on Canadian soil ahead of High Finance Woman, Tokak, Personal Injury Solicitor and Bodoy. Do they know? Only this grasshopper knows.

Toklang Leaving For Canada

What a wreck, what a shame!

They are soon leaving, and leaving all the other siblings in a daze.
Things slowly began to change among them all, with the exception of Caregiver Lady, of course.

A pattern is always left behind when someone from abroad comes home. The idea is to vote off someone in replacement for oneself. Isn't it madness?

Pitt has not reported nor contacted them all. Just individually. Whispering this lie and that. Stoking the embers.

The week before Toklang has purchased Canada airline tickets, it was a Tuesday then, she came to ask for help and degrade or make an issue out of Bodoy's caregiver jobs and asks why Toklang needs to help him.

Why is this so?

Maybe, one thinks that all the things he can get - materially or financially - is not enough from Toklang. Hence, s/he destroys the others.

Present Research - Arrived in Manila!

This is the latest we got from the Japan Airlines website. Mother Jones and Casino Boy were able to book a flight to the Philippines. Would have gotten the info as well thru text message but it's not available yet. Oh well, as long as they arrive safe and sound.

And later, it's going to be a long trip back to the province. Good thing I'm not driving today =)
