*because the D'Uzbourne siblings and Apolonia stepmother believe she married Tatay Ruby in 1989 as insurance.
*because despite the mortgage that were not settled, and despite Tatay Ruby being invisible from the later part of 1993 up to 1997 in family photos because he was allegedly with Apolonia stepmother, she insisted to petition him to Vancouver. She indeed needed that to claim her "landed" card.
